Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Hype Ecommerce reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Projects may involve third-party platforms and services including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, Google, payment gateways, hosting providers and plugins. Hype Ecommerce is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hype Ecommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, sales, or business opportunities.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and business data. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed without permission unless required by law.
